From Route 9

  • Take Route 9 to 85 South.
  • Follow Rte 85 South for 4.5 miles to intersection at Main Street, Hopkinton (downtown).
  • Turn Right onto Main St.
  • Follow Main Street for .4 miles until a set of lights where there is a fork in the road.
  • Stay Left at the fork as it becomes West Main Street (towards 495);
  • Continue on West Main Street for .5 miles.
  • Absolute Yoga is located within the first 2-story business complex on your left (in the same plaza as Bank of America, Dynasty Chinese Restaurant, Dino's Pizza)
  • Enter main building and proceed upstairs to studio #212 at the end of the hall.

From the Mass Pike and Route 495

  • Take the Mass Pike to Route 495 South.
  • Take Exit 21-A "West Main St" to Hopkinton.
  • Follow West Main for approximately .5 miles.
  • Absolute Yoga will be on your right (in the same plaza as Bank of America, Dynasty Restaurant, Main St. Pediatrics). This building is located on the corner of West Main and Lumber St.
  • Enter main building and proceed upstairs to studio #212.

Via 135 (from Ashland)

  • Take 135 West (Main St.)
  • Continue straight through intersection in downtown Hopkinton
  • After the intersection, continue on Main Street for .4 miles until a set of lights where there is a fork in the road.
  • Stay Left at the fork as it becomes West Main Street (towards 495);
  • Continue on West Main Street for .5 miles.
  • Absolute Yoga is located within the first 2-story business complex on your left (in the same plaza as Bank of America, Dynasty Restaurant, Main St. Pediatrics)
  • Enter main building and proceed upstairs to studio #212

Via Rt. 85 (from Milford)

  • Take Route 85 North to intersection at Main Street, Hopkinton (downtown).
  • Turn Left onto Main St.
